You can find our bank details with all necessary information like IBAN and BIC codes on the bottom of your invoice or your confirmation.

Payment per direct debit

This kind of payment is at the moment only available in Germany and Austria.
The customer fills in a form with his bank details and the due payment will be debited directly from his bank account.

SEPA-payments (Single Euro Payments Area) for intra-European cross border payments are about to be created by 31 EU countries, but aren' t yet operable.

Credit card

You can also pay by credit card. Please indicate the credit card number, the name of the owner, the expiry date and the last three digits on the back of your credit card. We accept Visa or Master Card. The goods are usually dispatched the day after you placed your order. You will receive a seperate order confirmation.

Payment in advance

In the case of payment in advance, the goods are dispatched on receipt of the payment. The money transfer usually takes between one and four days. For an immediate dispatch of the ordered goods we recommend paying cash on delivery or by credit card.

After having executed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail or fax. Please use your customer number and the order confirmation number as the transfer?s ?reason for payment? and hyphenate the two numbers. This will facilitate the processing for us.

Cash on delivery

With UPS, you can also pay cash on delivery. Just choose the COD box when finishing your online order. Please note that for shipments with cash on delivery we charge a fee of 15,- Euros in addition to the normal shipping costs. The deliverer collects the invoice amount.

If you are from a non-EU country, please ask when placing your order if this type of delivery is available.
