Shipping conditions

We want to make sure that you receive your ordered goods quickly and intact. For this reason we ship parcels with United Parcel Service (UPS) and several other forwarding companies. In 2010 we dis patched over 31.200 parcels and over 4.400 pallets to our customers.

Limits for deliveries free domicile

We ship free of charge from a certain net value of ordered goods:
From 150,- Euros Germany
From 250,- Euros Austria, Benelux
From 500,- Euros France, Denmark, Switzerland (duty and tax unpaid)
UPS

Parcel Service

UPS (Germany domestic & foreign countries)

Standard shipping is with UPS Standard (average transit time within Germany: 24-48 hours).

UPS Express (only Germany domestic) / UPS Express Saver (Germany domestic & foreign countries)

If it´s about urgent deliveries, we ship by UPS Express (only Germany domestic/next day delivery by 12 o´clock/noon) or UPS Express Saver (Germany domestic & foreign countries/next business day delivery during the day). Shipping costs depend on size and weight of the parcel. Please contact us to know more about priority shipping, we would be happy to assist you!

Pallet service / Forwarding companies

We send your shipment on a pallet or as an individually packaged good, depending on weight and dimensions. Delivery by a forwarding agent is free of charge if the net value of the goods mentioned above is exceeded. All other shipments under the net amount are calculated on the delivery distance (ZIP code) and the weight (kg).

Less than 150,- Euros net amount we charge 7,70 Euros net within Germany.
Less than 250,- Euros net amount we charge 10,70 Euros to Austria.

Shipping costs for deliveries to other foreign countries are calculated separately for their value and weight. The information about the additional costs will be sent separately in your confirmation of order.
 

Pickup by customer (in Ottersweier near Buehl/Baden, Germany)

Of course, you may pick up the ordered goods by yourself or to commission someone (forwarder) to pick up your goods on your behalf. Just mark the corresponding field when finishing your order in o ur online shop. We will inform you by phone or e-mail as soon as the goods are ready to be picked up. Payment can be made by credit card, cash or direct debit. Please check your limit when paying by credit card!

Please note:

All shipping costs are valid for end customers (all tradesman and companies in a commercial sense, as well as institutions and public authorities). Shipping costs for dealers/distributors are gene rally calculated by delivery distance and weight (no limits for deliveries free of charge apply).
